“I wanted to say a huge thank you for giving me myself back, and a new approved one! You have made me stronger and more positive than I have ever been. Things still get me down but I deal with them in a more rational way. It has made such a difference to my quality of life. I enjoy my life now! I have even taken on extra Christmas at work and I’m enjoying going in. So thank you once again.”                                        Mandy

“My therapist has been crucial in helping me to deal with my childhood trauma and helping me to understand how it has affected my adult life but also how I am able to change my thought and reactions in the present. I found rescripting and imagery work making my abuser ‘smaller’ and me ‘bigger’ incredibly helpful. I was incredibly depressed and suicidal when we first started therapy and didn’t think I would recover but I now feel happy and positive. Thank you!!”   Oonagh

I was very unsure about having therapy but having EMDR has been one of the best choices I have made. I was so low and felt worthless and having the EMDR has made me feel that I am important and has given me my happiness back. EMDR allowed me to process the trauma without having to relive it. It has helped me to separate myself from the trauma and understand that it does not define me. Through EMDR I can finally say, after 8 years I am truly happy and know my self-worth.      Jennifer

“I've felt that the EMDR has been a massive help in overcoming my PTSD. Linda was very thoughtful and made me feel at ease during the entire process and even during the worst parts I felt safe with her. Now I am aware that the trauma was not my fault and I will take the next step in reporting the incident to the Police”.         Rachael.
